“RETURN & REFUND POLICY”

You have 30 days to return or for any exchange. We stand behind for your 100% satisfaction.

Please take the following steps for a smooth process:

Upon receiving your package, if you discover any damaged on the shipping box or on a piece(s), kindly send us photos of the damaged box and the merchandise at our email at: worldgemsjewelry@hotmail.com or text us at: 1+323-899-1937 within 7 days.

You also have the option to request a replacement from our available stock.

Once review your return request, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and address where to ship it. Remember to label your return box with this number on it as it is essential for the return to be accepted.

Ensure that the return box is securely packed with insulation to prevent further damage during transit. Include a copy of your Invoice or Packing Slip and verify that Shipping & Insurance costs are covered. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for items that uninsured and subsequently lost or damaged during transit.

Our dedicated team will carefully inspect the returned products upon arrival. If any sign of wear & tear, altration, modification, mishandling, breakage, missing stones or misused, a refund or credit will not be issued.

We will promptly notify you of the status of your refund via email.

Prior to shipping your order, we meticulously capture photos of the items in your order to keep the quality control test intect.

If your returned item(s) returned the way it was shipped by us your refund will be approved and will be credited the same way you used to pay for your order within 5-7 days from us. It may take further, depends on your bank or credit card company.

For International buyer(s): Buyer will be responsible for the customs or tariff fees.

Any non-refundable items sitting with us are buyer’s responsibility. If buyer is not responding or interested in taking it back would be discarded after 30 days.
