“SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY”

We normally despatch all our orders within 48–72 hours after receiving the order and clearing the funds. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners UPS, DHL, USPS. Delivery will be between 7–10 days or earlier, depends on which states you are in. For order out of the USA could take 15–20 days depends on the customs clearance timing. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers’ requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 7 to 10 days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.

Domestic Orders:

At the moment, we are offering FREE SHIPPING by USPS ground shipping with tracking number within 48 states of the USA on minimum buy of $30.00 per order. A separate shipping charges bill will be sent in for Hawaii & Alaska, District of Columbia, Samoa Islands, Caribbean etc. and orders from other countries out of the USA which has to be paid before the order can be shipped. Moreover, we recommend buyers to get an Insurance and do not decline on the Invoice page. Order with free shipping are shipped ground by USPS without any insurance coverage and the shipper will not be responsible after the package handed over to the shipping company. So, we’re recommending paying a few dollars more for insurance for the safety delivery of a box up to your door.

We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries on time during public holidays rush.

Express shipping charges would be additional, and free shipping would not be applicable for Express shipping requests.
